Mutxiko participated in the Dantzari Festa in Hernani, a village in Guipuzkoa . Mutxiko participated along with other dance groups from all over the Basque Country: Ttarla (Hernani), Eraiki (Irun), Ereintza (Errenteria). Eskola (Donostia), Ibarla Meaka (Irun), Kemen (Irun), Kresala (Donostia),\u00a0 Trebeska (Donostia),\u00a0Adurtza (Gasteiz),\u00a0Laguntasuna (Barakaldo),\u00a0Amaiur (Iru\u00f1ea),\u00a0Akelarre (Hendaia) and Mutxiko Elkartea (Hendaia).<\/p>\n

10th Anniversary of the twinning between Hendaye-Peebles and Hendaye-Viana do Castelo<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mutxiko Elkartea and Akelarre Taldea, have participated in the 10th Twinning Anniversary Ceremonies
\nOn the 16 April, dancing Agurra to welcome the representatives from Peebles
\nOn the 19th April, a dance performance was offered to both groups in the pilota court\u00a0 D.Ugarte<\/p>\n

Among\u00a0the activities organised by the\u00a0townhall for the summer, Mutxiko performed a complete dance show in\u00a0Sokoburu,\u00a0Hendaye.<\/p>\n

This is a Festival that takes place in the in\u00a0seaside road. The road going from Handaye to St. Jean de Luz is\u00a0closed and a big pic-nic is\u00a0organised. Mutxiko animated the event.<\/p>\n

11th\u00a0 Octobre<\/strong><\/p>\n

Prentsaketa
\n<\/strong>The \u201dprentsaketa\u201d or pressing of the apple is held every year in Hendaye, and they show how to press the apple for the making of cider, a very typical Basque drink. Mutxiko danced \u201d sagar-dantza\u201d or dance of the apple, followed by Mutxikoak, and other popular dances.<\/p>\n
